The Annual Rip’s Ribs Cook-Off & Wine Festival will take place on Saturday, April 11th in downtown Eastland, Texas.
Application deadline is April 3, 2026 at 5 PM.
Snacks, drinks, crafts, retail & info booths will be set up on the Downtown Square. These are 10x15 spaces. Set up is between 6 PM Friday, April 10th and 9 AM Saturday, April 11th. Vehicles must be out of the downtown area by 8:00 AM Saturday morning. Take down is at 4 PM Saturday.
NO FOOD VENDORS will be allowed inside the Cook-Off area on the square.
Food trucks will be by invitation only and will set up in front of the Connellee Hotel & Event Center. Food Trucks open from 11 AM - 6 PM. The Wine Festival will be from noon to 6 PM inside the Connellee Hotel & Event Center on the Main floor.
