The Annual Rip’s Ribs Cook-Off & Wine Festival will take place on Saturday, April 12th in Eastland, Texas.
This year the Cook-Off will take place on the downtown square as it has in the past. However, just a short two blocks west on Main Street, a safe distance away from the cook-off smoke, we will have vendor spaces available inside the Lumber Yard Event Center. The Wine Festival will be outside the event center under the attached pavilion.
The Vendor Spaces will be set up as follows:
Drink Vendors, Snack Vendors, and information booths will be set up on the Downtown Square in front of the south entrance of the Courthouse on Commerce Street. These are 10x15 spaces. Set up is between 6 PM Friday, April 11th and 9 AM Saturday, April 12th. Vehicles must be out of the downtown area by 8:30 AM Saturday morning. Take down is at 4 PM Saturday.
NO FOOD VENDORS will be allowed inside the Cook-Off area on the square.
Boutiques, retail, arts & crafts vendors will be set up inside the Lumber Yard Event Center. These are 8x10 spaces. If you are set up to sell from a trailer, please give us a call at the Chamber of Commerce (254) 629-2332, and we can make arrangements for you. Set up for these spots will be from 7 AM - 10 AM Saturday morning. Booths will be open from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Food trucks will be by invitation only and will set up in front of the Connellee Hotel & Event Center, next to the Wine Festival/pavilion area. Food Trucks open from 11 AM - 5 PM.
