Join us for the 11th Annual Rip’s Ribs Cook Off & the 4th Annual Wine Festival on April 13th in Downtown Eastland, TX. 

Downtown Eastland will be hosting a Ribs Cook-Off, Jazz Festival, Wine Festival, along with Vendor Shopping and Food Trucks! 

RIP'S RIBS COOK-OFF

Location: Downtown Square, Eastland, Texas 

Each year we give away over $2,500 in cash prizes to the top cook-off teams! Cooks can choose to enter our additional “People’s Choice” optional categories in Appetizers, Beans, Desserts, and/or Meats (excluding St. Louis-style pork ribs) for $10 per category or $30 for all four. Winners in these additional categories will win the cash pot for that category and get a year’s worth of bragging rights!

SHOP & EAT

Location: Lumber Yard Event Center, 313 W. Main St.

Arts & Crafts, along with Retail vendors will be set up inside the Lumber Yard Event Center for your shopping pleasure. 

Step out front where several food trucks will be lined up along the curb for your dining pleasure.

RIP'S WINE FESTIVAL 

Location:  Under the pavilion next to the Lumber Yard Event Center, 313 W. Main St.
2 blocks off the square.

Back by popular demand is the 4th Annual Rip’s Wine Festival held from 11:00PM-4:00PM

Rip’s Wine Festival Tickets: 

   -Presale tickets $20 for 10 tastings (presales end April 11 @ 5PM)
          Guaranteed souvenir wine glass
   

    -At the Door Tickets: $25 for 10 tastings
          Souvenir glasses are given on a first come, first served basis for day-of ticket sales.

JAZZ FESTIVAL

Location: South Side of the Courthouse

Come enjoy the Eastland Jazz Festival hosted by the EHS Band on the south steps of the Eastland County Courthouse. The Jazz Festival features high school and college jazz bands from all over Texas. Bring a chair and enjoy jazz music all day. Snack and drink vendors along with some shady tables will be available in the street in front of the jazz bands.
