RIP'S WINE FESTIVAL 
WINERY REGISTRATION

DATE: SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2026

NOON - 6 PM

Winery Invite:

We would like to invite you to join us for Rip’s Wine Festival in Downtown Eastland. The festival will take place inside the beautiful, historic Connellee Hotel & Event Center on the Main floor. We are looking for 5-7 wineries during the event and looking forward to a large crowd.

Date and Hours: Saturday, April 11^th 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm. 

Location: Connellee Hotel & Civic Center, 209 W. Main Street, 1st Floor, Eastland, TX 76448 

Materials and Requirements: 

We will provide: One 8’ table and two chairs, dump buckets, water for rinsing and one complimentary tasting glass to each guest. Wineries are responsible for: tablecloth and any other promotional and/or decorating items such as banners (no larger than 10 feet in length) and small giveaway items. Be sure to bring ice chest/coolers, and ice to chill your white wines or keep your reds cool as the weather this time of year can be unpredictable. There is an ice machine as you come into Eastland located at 300 E. Main Street.

Setup: Wineries may start set-up as early as 8:00 am and must be setup by no later than 11:45 AM. Please be ready to begin pouring by noon. Wineries will be given booth location and in/out procedures prior to the event — please be sure to share this information with your staff and volunteers.

Reimbursement: We are pleased to announce we will offer a $0.75 per tasting to offset your costs. You will receive a reimbursement check for all tastings the week following the festival. At the end of the event please count your tickets and give your total to Staff/Volunteer at the door.

Selling on the Premises: You may sell full glasses and/or bottles during the event. We ask that you give NO FREE TASTINGS to anyone. Tastings will be available for purchase by the Eastland Chamber of Commerce. Customers will have individual tickets to give in exchange for a tasting. (Please provide glasses for the individuals purchasing a full glass from your winery). IDs will be checked at the entrance and 21+ will have an armband.
